Embedded product development fails in predictable places. The hardware/software partition is decided too late. The driver layer is treated as an afterthought until bring-up. The prototype works, and then nobody can source the parts. Compliance testing arrives as a surprise rather than a plan.
We exist to close those gaps. By holding architecture, hardware and PCB design, firmware and integration inside one team, the decisions that span disciplines get made by people who understand both sides — which is why our projects tend to spend less time in the phase where everyone blames the other layer.
